Through leadership development and executive coaching services, Belinda supports the success of corporate clients and non-profit organizations. She strengthens strategic initiatives through one-on-one and team coaching as well as leadership workshops and strategic planning. Owner of a Large Architectural/Engineering Firm:
Belinda retired from her ownership position at Luckett & Farley Architects and Engineers in 2010 in Louisville, Kentucky. She served the marketing, business development, client management and strategic direction of the firm for 17 years and was an owner for 9 of those years. She helped grow the company from 45 to 220 employees with five offices, shift the culture to better attract and retain top talent and created a strong presence in new markets.
Leadership Positions in Various Fields
Belinda has a background in creating and managing successful companies in various fields. She owned her own advertising agency in Miami, Florida and then directed the global advertising and public relations of a large commercial aircraft leasing company and cargo airline based in Miami and Puerto Rico. She created an event management company for corporate and community events and she served in a leadership position at the largest flight school in Louisville, KY.

Other non-profits that she works with includes National Safe Place, helping youth in crisis and True Up, supporting the success of foster youth. She has also worked with adults in transition and collegiate athletes in preparation for independent living. Giving back is an important aspect of Belinda’s work and she continues to seek new opportunities to do this.
