If you choose the full 5-day experience, you will have access
to the Hogan Assessment and one-on-one review
What is the Hogan Assessment?
The Hogan assessment helps individuals by facilitating strategic self-awareness.
It's one of the most used assessments for professionals and we've chosen it for WILD because it complements our structure of curriculum. With your Hogan assessment through WILD, you will receive 1:1 feedback of your results. We will dive into the meaning of this with the WILD program and how you can be your BEST. |
The Hogan Assessment measures reputation, not identity. Reputation is what everyone else thinks of us, and it’s based on our overt behaviors and social skills. Your reputation is the person other people think you are, and your success in the workplace is dependent on your reputation.
Understanding the underlying work style traits, core values, and derailment risks that may impact behavior allows one to manage his/her behavior to increase workplace success. Hogan uses the iceberg analogy. Above the waterline and visible to all are:
This assessment provides insight into three big questions:
|
What is your company doing to:
Support the advancement of women in leadership roles?
Create an environment that embraces diverse leadership?
Provide leadership development opportunities for women?
When you’re a WOW (Woman of Wild), you’re in the company of exceptional female leaders who have demonstrated that they can achieve their personal goals, maintain a positive influence within their organization and affect the continued success of others. Once you graduate, you will enjoy the camaraderie of the Wildside Institute Alumni Group as they network, learn and collaborate at special events, exclusive programs and virtual sessions.
